January 2nd - here we go!
A new year upon us, 2008! I feel fresh, and today begins with the word "genesis" in mind. New beginnings, so my workout will have powerful intensity! #1 on my to do list....map out my new weekly workout schedule, which I will follow for several weeks. The schedule will be packed full, as I journey toward my next competition in mid May. My workout today - cardio first, then Back and triceps. This will take about 90 minutes, followed by stretching for about 30 minutes. My food first thing this morning: 6 egg whites, 1 fresh squeezed Grapefruit and about 10 almonds. Take my CEE and thermogenic, plus Vitamin C and St. Johns Wort. This always kicks my workout focus into hi gear.
